Harvard Increases Access for Middle-Income Families

Once again, Harvard has taken steps to help make higher education accessible to all qualified students. Following significant efforts to recruit, enroll, and support applicants from lower-income backgrounds, Harvard has now committed to increasing assistance to middle-income families. In the latest phase of Harvard’s financial aid efforts, families with incomes between $120,000 and $180,000 will generally be asked to pay only 10 percent of their income toward their child’s education.
